ASCO SCG353A051 integral dual stage 2 1/2 " 110 V AC diaphragm pulse jet valve

INSTAllATION:
1 | Prepare supply and blowtube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing valves underneath the tank. |
2 | Ensure tank and pipes are free from dirt, rust or other particulate. Ensure supply air is clean and dry. |
3 | Mount valves to inlet pipes and blow tube to valves, ensuring no excess thread sealant can enter the valve itself. |
4 | Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks. Fully pressurise system. |
5 | Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noise. |
6 | The valves can be mounted in any position without affecting operation,Threaded pipe connection is: G = G (ISO 228/1) or compression fittings |
7 | Other pipe threads are available on request, Installation/maintenance instructions are included with each valve, Spare parts kit and replacement coils are available |
